Privacy policy

British Columbia Gaming is run from Vancouver, British Columbia. We collect as little as possible. This policy follows the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Your location

If you choose "Sort by distance from me", your browser asks for permission to share your location with this page so venues can be sorted by distance. The calculation happens in your browser. Your location is not sent to us or stored.

Messages you send us

The corrections form doesn't send anything by itself. It opens an email in your own email program, addressed to info@britishcolumbiagaming.com. If you send it, we receive what you write and your email address, and we use them only to check the listing and to reply. We keep messages only as long as needed for that and delete them after.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.

Maps

Map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap's tile servers, which receive your IP address as part of the request. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. See our cookie policy.
